Half amazing, half disappointing

The location was convenient for our travels, and the room felt cool and comfortable! the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, we noticed some cleanliness issues upon arrival and experienced delays with service requests, which detracted from our visit.

My stay at Home2 Suites was good! The spacious King Studio with its charming decor offered a cozy retreat. While the breakfast options could improve, the friendly staff and the overall cleanliness made it a nice experience. A fantastic choice for road trip enthusiasts like myself.

the towels were kinda worn and could use an upgrade. but man, the breakfast had some healthy options and the place was super clean! also, the staff was really chill and helped with all my needs!

I love that this place is pet-friendly and so clean, even with furry friends around! The outdoor swimming pool was a blast for the kids, and we enjoyed the BBQ facilities for family dinners. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a little improving, but overall, it was a great stay! 🏊‍♂️

Encountered quite the scare when I walked into my room to find a stranger snoozing away. I had to wrestle with four different staff members to get my reservation properly sorted, including being moved to a smaller room without much explanation. The breakfast options were lacking in variety, with the eggs being particularly dry and unappetizing, and the trash in communal areas was consistently overflowing. Found a dead roach in the stairwell, which certainly impacted my confidence in cleanliness standards around here. Additionally, the housekeeping only comes every five days, which doesn’t quite cut it for the average stay. All in all, I expected a bit more given the brand's reputation.
